greenmailer を「村上ファンドの村上世彰元代表等が行ったとされる違法すれすれの行為」としているが、説明になっていない。固有名詞を挙げる前に「企業の株式を、高値で買い取らせることを目的に買い集める敵対的買収を行う者」など端的な定義を示すべき。

p.272 社員持ち株制度　employee ownership program; EOP
間違いではないが、stockを入れてemployee stock ownership program (ESOP)とするのが普通。programの代わりにplanもよく使われる。

p.283 指値　limited order
普通は limit order という。

p.283 成り行き注文　discretionary order; market order;...
discretionary order は一任(取引契約に基づく)売買注文を指す。

Barron's Dictionary of Finance and Investment Terms (Fourth Edition 1995)での定義は以下の通り。
・discretionary order: order to buy a particular stock, bond, or commodity that lets the broker decide when to execute the trade and at what price.
・market order: order to buy or sell a security at the best available price.

p.284 順張り tide-following dealing
普通は tide ではなく trend を使う。
